The Endurance bar, formulated on a base of flaked cereals and dried fruits (apricots, prunes), is a mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates, providing essential energy intake for prolonged exertions. It is rich in vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6, C and E:

•  vitamins B1, niacin and B6 contribute to the conversion of food into energy

•  vitamins C, E and B2 are involved in the antioxidant protection of cellular components

•  vitamin B6 is involved in the normal formation of red blood cells; these play an essential role in oxygenating the tissues, including muscle tissues

This energy bar is especially appreciated by top level sportsmen and women, particularly for its taste.

UTILISATION - Ideal during training sessions or in competitions. They can also be taken before exercise during the preparation phase. Recommended for activities requiring prolonged effort (>2h).

INGREDIENTS - Rice flour 20.6%, sugar, cereal flakes 13.7% (wheat, barley, rye, oats), maltodextrin, dried apricots 8.5%, vegetable oils, prune pieces 6.5% (prunes, rice starch, vegetable oil), fructose, powdered skimmed milk and whey, honey, stabiliser: glycerol, oat flour 1.3%, apple pieces 1%, natural flavouring (acidifier: citric acid), barley malt syrup, dextrose, vitamins C, niacin, B6, B1, B2, E (lactose and milk proteins), emulsifiers: soya and colza lecithins, preservative: sulphur dioxide.
