The combination of laces and textile bands exploits the friction between lace and loop. This allows the efficient transfer of lacing forces through the entire foot and provides a strong yet comfortable grip between the shoe and the foot. Plus on-off is easy.
Stiff Flex
Stiff flex - skating technique The shoe design, together with component parts and materials provides a high degree of flexural rigidity, which delivers maximum power and control using the skating technique.
Split sole
Two piece NNN sole for weight reduction, better stability, balance and stance position.
SK Cuff
Plastic, power strap; good stiffness and lateral stability, superior comfort, adjustable ankle grip
Race last
Last for each type and category of shoe are developed according to the very specific functional requirements of the shoe and the desired level of comfort and grip. They are formed on the basis of experience, knowledge, skills and practices, and with the help of digital research (scanning) the large number of feet; they take inot account the huge variety and diversity of shapes of feet (metatharsal volume and width, heel volume and curvature of the heel arch, a vriety of shapes and psitions of the bones of the ankle; height, size and curvature of the instep of the foot, etc.) Along with the design and shape of the internal soft part of the shoe, offering optimum grip so wide and narrow, as well as high and low forms of the feet.
Premio Cuff - Skate
Carbon, advanced screw & nut type cuff to heel counter hinge construction with Teflon foil, anatomic EVA padded, power strap extremely light, maximal stiffness and lateral stability, superior lateral responsiveness, minimal rotational hinge friction, optimal ankle fit, superior comfort, adjustable ancle grip.
Premio active edge chassis (skate)
Carbon made, anatomic, toe & heel plate TPU made (thermoplastic polyurethane), 'Active Edge' heel counter; extremely light, 'hard' sole flex, toe plate NNN compatible, adaptable heel pocket, maximum longitudinal stiffness and lateral stability, superior responsiveness and power transmission by foot to the ski, effective equilibrium body position control and correct body posture control while running, optimal foot and ankle fit chassis = one piece made sole and heel counter with integrated toe and heel plate. 'active edge' = special sandwich (carbon textile out and in layer combined with rubber intermediate layer) made chassis structure for soft and heel foot shape adaptable heel counter edges.
Gaiter built-in elastic insert (skate)
Gaiter built in elastic insert (skate), for gaiter adaptability to various lower leg shapes.
Anatomic Footbed
Insole contributes significantly to the vertical stability of the foot, providing a high level of comfort and improves the thermal inslulation of the shoe.
45 degree lacing system
Lace orientation follows the direction of 45 degree to the longitudinally direction of th eshoe. This generally greatly improves the Torsional Stability of the shoe.
