Preparation and use

• Dissolve 3 scoops (found in the package) of powder in 500 ml of water.

• Use during warm-up - 150 ml every 15 minutes and during exercise 150-250 ml every 15 minutes.

• You can start using the drink 3 days before exercise to optimize hydration and glycogen accumulation, or 3h to 1h30min before exercise to maintain hydration and energy reserves.
